Hiya! If you're looking for acceptance, if you're seeking connection, or if you simply enjoy the idea of a community of safe touch, you're in the right place. A Cuddle Social is a guided experience where one can receive and give touch, feeling connected to themselves and one another. It is a place to relax and practice communication tools that are applicable in friendships, workplace environments, and relationships of every nature. ALL genders and orientations - individuals, groups, and couples - are welcome. Touch is NEVER a requirement to participate.
This event is particularly special, because we will be joined by cuddle professionals from all over the country, so you'll be surrounded by people who value safe, consensual, healing touch. Don't miss this event!

What happens during the Cuddle Lab?
Cuddling at events can look many different ways! It can be one-on-one, in groups, or even solo. Spooning, sitting back to back, hand or shoulder massage, cuddling a stuffed animal, quiet discussion, stroking someone's head or anything else you can come up with. Creativity encouraged!
What should I wear or bring?
We encourage you to wear clean, cuddly clothes. Ideally nothing with too much skin showing. You can bring other cuddly items like stuffed animals or anything that makes you feel safe. We'll have water and tea, but feel free to bring snacks.
What kind of energy should I expect at this event?
This co-created space provides opportunities to meet new friends, connect with partners in a soulful new way and be part of a warm safe huggable community. It's common at these events to experience an increased sense of well-being and belonging, a boost in compassion and playfulness, a decrease in blood pressure, and a better night's sleep.
Cuddle Socials are designed to be safe, platonic events. Cuddling can sometimes create arousing feelings - that's nothing to be ashamed of! For this event, we just ask that if you are experiencing those natural feelings to step back from the cuddling for a moment, take a breath or a walk, calm down and re-enter if you are ready. The organizer is always present to help ensure a safe, platonic space for every participant. Cuddle Socials are sober events.
