Insight Meditation Social/Sit: All Experience Levels Welcome

Join us at the amazing Galeria Cafe in the Heights of Jersey City for some coffee, snacks, and a casual evening focussed around insight meditation.

Evenings include:

• social gathering of like-minded neighbors
• instruction on posture, method, benefits
• 2-3 short, guided meditations
• optional 15 minute dharma talk (we use a recorded dharmette by renowned instructor, Gil Fronsdal. This is played at the end of the session for those specifically interested in learning more about Buddhism—completely optional)

Galeria Cafe donates their space to us for free, so all donations will go to them, whether that be a cash donation or simply buying a cup of coffee. Donations are appreciated but not stressed. This is about learning and meeting like-minded people, not raising money.
