7:15pm 30 minute silent sit
8:00pm 40 minute silent sit
• All silent, sitting practices welcomed
• BYO cushion/blanket
• Chairs provided
• Enter space silently
• Stay your entire session (excluding emergencies)
• Guest instructors will be noted
