Aurélie Hartmann is a coach, singer-songwriter, improviser and author who helps quiet songwriters reclaim their creative power and to own their artist identity.
With roots in Egypt, Russia, and the U.S., and a life lived between Paris, Amsterdam, and beyond, Aurélie brings a global, deeply human perspective to everything she creates. She’s passionate about inner and outer exploration — and has lived in places as diverse as the UK and Colombia, always seeking deeper connection across cultures.
A former HR and education strategy consultant, she blends structured thinking with emotional depth. A lifelong explorer of the space between logic and intuition, she wrote her master’s thesis on “Leadership and Mindfulness”, laying the foundation for a method that now integrates shadow work, parts work, and voice liberation.
In 2019, after a life-changing burnout, she founded her musical project and began sharing her voice publicly. She has since released two EPs, performed in 30+ concerts with her stage-name CARMINE, and published a poetic book titled “Tu me vois” (2021) that includes extensive excerpts of her personal journal.
Aurélie has guided dozens of sensitive, ambitious individuals to make their art a priority — not just emotionally, but structurally. Her approach helps them build soul-aligned projects, develop a bold, visionary brand, and become fully visible — as artists, as leaders, as themselves.
