This session will begin with gentle, intentional movements to release tension, awaken the body, and prepare the nervous system. From there, we’ll settle into a guided meditation that flows into a structured breathwork sequence, using rhythmic breathing and breath holds to deepen focus, expand awareness, and amplify felt experience.
The breathwork is accompanied by intention setting and mindful attention, allowing each participant to meet the practice in their own way — whether that’s grounding, clarity, emotional release, or quiet stillness.

We’ll close with a relaxed integration circle, offering space to connect with others, share reflections if desired, and ask any questions about the practice.

No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to show up and breathe.
