What we’re about
This group is for sports fans to meet up at various sports bars to watch their favorite games together. I feel like this is one of the easiest and most fun ways to meet new people. Instead of watching your favorite team by yourself, why not have some beers and watch it with like-minded people like us?
This is a super casual sort of group. No payments, no commitments. You can leave the bar halfway through or never come at all. We are a collective of like-minded individuals, not a dedicated club. Eventually, we will start to see the same people over and over again, which is how friendships start. The purpose of this community is to find out where people are watching the game and come hang out for awhile, or to create your own watch party somewhere near you.
Here is a list of sports bars in my area that I've been to that are good for watching games. My events will likely be at one of these places since they are the closest. If you create your own, choose anywhere you like near you and see who shows up!
I honestly think this is the fastest and easiest way to make friends.
