Jigsaw Puzzle Contest & Drinks

Anyone up for a speed puzzling contest? Let’s meet at 6pm for optional casual puzzling and happy hour. Practice puzzles will be provided. The speed puzzling contest starts at 7pm and goes until 9pm. Each team will receive the same puzzle in a concealed bag. No one will see the puzzle before the timer starts. After a countdown, teams will open their boxes and start puzzling. A competition judge will monitor teams and record finishing times. Once our puzzle is finished, we can hang out or leave - whatever the group decides they want to do is just fine.

We can eat and drink while puzzling. We can use box top holders and sorting trays. We can bring in extra lighting as long as it does not need to be plugged in and does not interfere with lighting for other competitors. There will be prizes.

The cost to register a team of four was $48.54. I’ve already paid that and will be splitting it four ways, so the cost to attend is $12.14. If we have more than four people that want to attend (in groups of four), I can purchase another ticket (provided they are still available), so more of us can attend.
