Sound Healing with Reiki Healing

Join Freda Merck, RN, Sound Healer, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Healer of Celestial Sisters Wellness, and Tya Eachus, Reiki Healer, Chakra Communicator and Past Life Regression Facilitator, QHHT Level 2 of Holistic Pathways to Healing for an experiential journey to activate higher states of consciousness stimulating a powerful energetic release, deep relaxation and healing.

Freda will play the gong, chimes, various crystal and hand-beaten Himalayan bowls to create vibrations to help balance the body and mind. During the sound bath of enlightenment, Tya will apply Reiki Healing to each participant's 7 main chakras to release stagnant energy, and clear and align the energy fields within. Tya will personally share any chakra messages she receives.

Sound healing combined with Reiki energy is profoundly relaxing, healing and deepens the mind, body, spirit connection.

**Bring a yoga mat or large towel and a pillow to relax on the floor.
