Get fit from your seat with some chair fitness! Chair exercises are fitness routines that use a sturdy chair as the primary piece of equipment. These exercises can be done seated, standing with support, or even seated & using the chair for balance. They are a great way to incorporate low-impact workouts into your routine, build strength, improve flexibility & balance, & potentially increase your heart rate.
Join Karen Zegarlinski, a Certified Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer (AFAA, ACE, Keiser Cycling, CPR, AED) of over 6 years, as she guides us on our real-life journey with health & fitness.
