The Last Romance by Joe DiPietro is a heart warming & bittersweet comedy about an elderly widower who finds an unexpected second chance at love. Ralph is an 80 year old Italian-American, who lives with his possessive & protective sister Rose. He unexpectedly meets Carol, an elegant woman at the local dog park, when he takes a different path on his daily walk.
Presented by the Bridge Theater Players, a community theater group of First Nazarene Church in Lemont. They believe the power of live theater connects people with big issues of life & with each other. They have produced about 20 shows over the years.

I will be in the lobby by 2:30 as this performance is general admission. I love to watch live theater performances. I am always amazed with people’s talents. I plan to try and post some other community based theater’s shows in the near future, especially over the winter months.
