Welcome to the first men’s group cirkle on the 1. of octoubre at 17.30. Here connection, courage, and growth come together. We begin each session by sharing a meal and relaxed conversation, then shift into a grounding meditation to get present. In a safe and respectful space, members are invited to share what’s really going on in their lives, while others reflect on what comes up for them. Together, we explore the emotions and patterns that shape us — even the uncomfortable ones — so we can face them rather than avoiding them. This is not about solving, fixing or judging, but about becoming more aware, more free, and more alive. Each three-hour session often ends with practical challenges that encourage you to bring this awareness into daily life, step into your fears, and find more resources to enrich your life.
