Free Group Meditation using crystal sound healing bowls tuned to Solfeggio frequencies. Reiki Master Ricky Barsa will send Reiki energy to enhance the healing vibrations of the bowls. Reiki will also be offered to individual participants who consent to receive it. Each session will feature a different healing focus. All are welcome, non-denominational, no obligation, down to earth and friendly. After the meditation, participants are invited to stay and share insights and experiences. Solfeggio frequencies have been shown to influence positive change for healing in many ways with regular exposure. People are reporting positive healing experiences in the group. Free Meditation using science-based healing Solfeggio Gem-Infused Crystal Singing Bowls. Reiki Master/Teacher Ricky Barsa will offer Reiki both along with the vibrations of the singing bowls and individually (briefly) for those in the group who are interested. Group starts with a brief, guided meditation to set the tone for the practice and to help the group relax and let go of stress and negative energy. We then ease into the healing vibrations of the Solfeggio tones and Reiki. Different healing focus for each group. Time for sharing experiences after the meditation ends. People are really enjoying this group and finding it helpful too!
All are Welcome! Relaxed, welcoming group. Yoga mats available, some chairs and floor chairs also available or bring your own mat. Space is limited so please RSVP. Accessible space.
