Meditation Group with Sound

Free Group Meditation using crystal sound healing bowls tuned to Solfeggio frequencies. Each session will feature a different healing focus. All are welcome, non-denominational, no obligation, down to earth and friendly. After the meditation, participants are invited to stay to share insights, ask questions about meditation or sound healing, and to connect with others. Solfeggio frequencies have been shown to influence positive change for healing in many ways with regular exposure. Limited space so please RSVP. Please arrive a bit early. Free group.
