Meditation Group with Sound

This week we will be doing a special practice adapting the healing powers of the Medicine Buddha for personal healing and/or for the healing of someone you love. A Tibetian Medicine Buddha singing bowl will be added to our usual crystal bowl practice. Ricky will be here with his amazing healing Reiki as well! ✨✨

Free Group Meditation using gem-infused Solfeggio Crystal singing bowls. Each week will feature a different healing focus. Regular exposure to Solfeggio frequencies has been shown to influence health and healing in many ways. Combined with positive intentions and group meditation energy, the possibilities for healing are increased.
