Meditation Group with Sound & Reiki

Group returns Sunday, January 4th at a new time: 11:00 AM!!
Group now meets every first and third Sunday.
Free Meditation using science-based healing Solfeggio Gem-Infused Crystal Singing Bowls. Reiki Master/Teacher Ricky Barsa will offer Reiki both along with the vibrations of the singing bowls and individually (briefly) for those in the group who are interested. Group starts with a brief, guided meditation to set the tone for the practice and to help the group relax and let go of stress and negative energy. We then ease into the healing vibrations of the Solfeggio tones and Reiki. Different healing focus for each group. Time for sharing experiences after the meditation ends. People are really enjoying this group and finding it helpful too!
