Every second and forth Sunday at 10:00 am unless otherwise posted starting April 13th.
Free Group Meditation using gem-infused Solfeggio Crystal singing bowls. Each week will feature a different healing focus. Regular exposure to Solfeggio frequencies has been shown to influence health and healing in many ways. Combined with positive intentions and group meditation energy, the possibilities for healing are increased. After we meditate, if you would like, you are invited to stay for a short discussion about meditation, sound healing, or to share insights and experiences. Non-denominational, judgment-free group.
