This is an all Women's fitness group. I am a Personal Trainer/Owner @FITbyGP. I decided to start this group as a way to meet new women interested in the same thing, FITNESS!
All women are welcome, it doesn't matter your fitness level. The difficulty or challenge of the exercises we do will really depend on you and what you put into it. This being said, I can always modify or progress as needed.
My idea for this class is to work circuit style. I like working this way for group fitness classes because it really allows beginners time to work through an exercise that challenge them, while someone with more experience can be challenged by how many repetitions they can do in an allotted amount of time. This is also what I find makes it a lot of fun and creates the community in these classes because we are all in it together!
I would also love to develop a community of women with this group. This is the true purpose why I created this group, and would love to see that come to fruition.
