Do you ever overthink what to say, worry about how you came across, or hold back socially even when part of you wants to join in?
This is a 45-minute online session for UK university students exploring why we sometimes hold back around other people, and what might help us do it less.

We’ll look at a simple pattern that can keep fear of judgement going: what we predict other people will think, what we do to protect ourselves, and how that can stop us finding out what would actually happen.
We’ll then explore a few small ways of experimenting with doing things differently.

Any sharing is optional.

Tickets are £6, with all proceeds donated to Student Minds, the UK’s student mental health charity.
