Keen to get out of the house, sit in nature, and sketch the day away?

Come along and join a friendly group of fellow sketchers—whether you're drawing detailed scenes or just doodling what you feel, you're welcome here.

There's no pressure, no rules—just bring your sketchpad, relax under the trees, enjoy some gentle chit chat, and let your creativity flow.

Share your creations (if you’d like), get inspired, or simply soak in the peaceful vibes.

All are welcome!
Meet some new friends. We are meeting in the Botanical Gardens which is pretty central for everyone.

We are a pretty transient low pressure group bring your pencils, pens and paper and whatever you like to draw with. A picnic rug and just come sit with us and draw anything you like!

How to find us: we will be the group sketching just say hi leave your anxieties at home and become one with nature and pen :D

Parking is free on Sundays (behind the botanical garden) but usually busy so come a little earlier also to find us and get into the zone. Easier to find us through the back gate (friends gate) and go past the river to the right slightly.

Keep an eye on updates incase location within the garden changes on the day!
