The Spirit of the Flute is Reawakening in San Luis Obispo County

The SLO Flute Circle last played together in 2018. Since then, the world has grown more chaotic, disconnected, and noisy.

Now, the spirit of the Native American-style flute calls again—inviting us back, to breath, to stillness, and to the deep beauty of sound.

For those who feel the call, playing the flute becomes a return to self: a way to stir our own creativity, reconnect with the rhythm of our breath, and settle our minds.

May the vibration of the flute carry our hearts toward each other.
May we listen, share, and disappear into the song.

We meet once a month in San Luis Obispo, Los Osos, and Morro Bay—and we are open to gatherings in other locations throughout the county.

All are welcome. No experience needed. Just bring your breath.
