Effective Altruism Chicago - Speaker From Animal Charity Evaluators/Discussion

​Please Join us Tuesday, February 18th from 6-9pm where Stien van der Ploeg from Animal Charity Evaluators (ACE) will be giving a talk on her work, ACE, and answering any of our related questions.

A bit about Stien:
Stien has 20 years of experience using her leadership, strategy, and philanthropy skills to support various causes in multiple countries. In the four years before joining ACE, Stien worked pro bono for several effective animal advocacy organizations, including Recommended Charities and Movement Grant recipients. She appreciates a good conversation as much as a logically organized spreadsheet. She also enjoys walking in new surroundings and eating spicy foods with cake and hot water for dessert.

ACE is an organization dedicated to helping donors make informed decisions about their charitable giving in the field of animal welfare.
