What we’re about
A supportive community for adults navigating work and life with ADHD
About the Group
ADHD Professionals is a peer-led meetup for adults who identify with ADHD, whether formally diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring.
This group exists to create a thoughtful, supportive space where professionals can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another without pressure to mask, perform, or “have it all figured out.”
You do not need a formal diagnosis to join. While this is not a clinical or therapeutic group, we gently encourage members who are seeking personal clarity or support to reach out to a qualified professional.
