Looking to start the year with intention and self-care?

I'm excited to invite you to a Mindfulness & Support Group that combines mindfulness, movement, and emotional healing in a safe and nurturing space.

⏰ Time: 10 - 11:30 a.m.
📍 Location: Online (with occasional in-person gatherings in the West Island)
đź’˛ Special Introductory Offer: The first 8-sessions block is FREE!

This group is for women of all identities, including cis, trans, and two-spirit individuals, who are interested in mindfulness practices and connecting with others on their healing journey. Together, we'll:

✨ Explore mindfulness practices
✨ Build emotional resilience
✨ Share and connect in a supportive environment

Our first session will be an opportunity to co-create the group’s structure, ensuring it meets everyone’s unique needs.
