This group is a space to pause, slow down and return to what is already here.
Through mindfulness, meditation, yoga and concious movement, we explore simple yet powerful practices that support awareness, presence and inner balance.
These gatherings are not about achieving something or becoming someone else.
They are an invitation to reconnect, with clarity and with a deeper sense of being.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or already familiar with these practices, you are welcome.
