Hello, Incheon people 😊 Infinity Yoga is excited to host our 3rd Yoga class at Songdo Central Park on March 29th Saturday(3-4:10pm) 🤩

Our class style is traditional Indian Hatha yoga. If you're not familiar with it, Hatha is slower than Vinyasa flow, giving you ample time to settle into each pose for deeper stretching and strength building.🧘‍♀️🧘

🌳The exact gathering spot will be announced on the day - it will be near Central Park station. I will go early to find a good spot and will inform.
