Innate Dance Class

The exercises and improvisations in this class are on the theme of the Wisdom of Trees.

I love the line of the poem Desiderata: "You have a right to belong, no less than the trees." Trees are simply present and vibrantly alive, which is especially evident at this time of year!

In this week's class we'll root our feet into the Earth, and sense our arms expanding and spiraling into the space. Trees teach us about presence and stillness, as well as weathering what each season brings. I'm looking forward to exploring these amazing giants with you!

Everyone is welcome to join; you don't need a dance background.

Cost: €17 drop-in, paid in cash on the day.
€60 for 4 classes - ask me for a class pass.

There is a changing room at the venue. Please wear clothes that you can comfortably move in and dance in socks or barefoot. You might like to bring a bottle of water.
