Innate Dance Class

This is the last Innate Dance class I'll be running in Dublin!

You are so welcome as we explore the theme of expansion through dance and movement.

After warming up the body and breaking up any stuck energy, we'll tune into ourselves and creatively explore what wants to expand. What can we sense that is waiting to grow? What seeds are quietly asking for space and attention? How can we move through and value contraction? How can we stay open to 'more than' our current experience?

As always, we'll use the breath, presence and imagination to move us. Let's dance!

Everyone is welcome to join; you don't need a dance background.

Cost: €17 drop-in, cash on the day.
Please message me if you'd like to join but are struggling financially at the moment and we can come to an arrangement.

There is a changing room at the venue. Please wear clothes that you can comfortably move in and dance in socks or barefoot. You might like to bring a bottle of water.
