Practical Details

  • Duration: Approximately 90min.
  • Location: We'll meet near U-Bahn Märkisches Museum and walk to the studio together.
  • What to bring: Comfortable clothing and, if you have one, a blanket. Mats are available.
  • Registration: Please RSVP one day in advance. After signing up, please send me a private message and I’ll share the meeting arrangements with you.
  • Cost: The event itself is free. The studio rental cost will be shared among participants, depending on the number of attendees, around €3–5 per person.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time, as late entry won't be possible once the session begins.

A Note on Breathwork: Breathwork can bring up different physical and emotional sensations, and everyone's experience is different. This is a space for personal exploration, not therapy or medical treatment.
Please respect your own boundaries and limits. If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether active breathwork is suitable for you, get in touch beforehand.

About me
Hey, I’m Jian. My background is in neurology, over the years I’ve become increasingly drawn to traditional practices for calming down the nervous system and explore the mind-body connection.

I'm interested in many different modalities, including Kundalini yoga, Vipassana meditation, Gaga movement, and breathwork for which I completed facilitator training in Bali.

I’m fascinated by how we change through experience, not just by understanding things intellectually, and how we can bring these shifts into everyday life.
