Sound & Spirit: Akashic Initiation

This immersive 2 hour workshop guides you through a journey of deep self-discovery, teaching you to decode the messages flowing between your inner landscape and the external world.

We begin by exploring your unique energetic imprint. understanding what lives within it and how it communicates through your five senses. Through a guided exercise, you'll learn that the same awareness you use to perceive the world around you is the key to accessing your internal blueprint of wisdom.

The experience unfolds through intentional stages: a grounding sensory exercise to cultivate presence, followed by identifying what you're ready to release. From there, we move into a visual akashic journey with guided prompts and a soul transmission sound journey to facilitate the release of blocks. Once cleared, we realign and open your manifestation current through a chakra alignment meditation. The session concludes with visual release work, gentle integration, and reflective journaling.

You'll leave with tools to trust the process of when, where, and how your inner knowing reveals itself—and the confidence to access both your personal wisdom and the universal field of information available to us all.

Heart opening cacao will be provided during the ceremony. Please bring a yoga mat and a journal.
