Session #3: DSL projects case study

Hosted By
Dan

Details
This is the February session in the "formal" format. The topic is the continuation of the "sticks, duct tape and compiler bending".
This time it will be about the actual use of DSLs in "ye olde corporate environment". Less math, more compiler hacks, pie charts and product management lingo expected on occasion.
Speakers:
- Dan (me): "I have a solution: let us build our own compiler". This is a story about Jobcase CDD project, how we ended up designing our own DSL and code generation, and what do we think about it after 4 years.
- Free time Q&A
The location now is MiT Building 32 (CSAIL), room 32-G449 (Kiva), continued at the Asgard bar, if desired.
Special thanks to Jared for the timely reminder and Adam for arranging the venue. We are looking forward to seeing you all!
