Dragon Boating is a Great Team Sport for Veterans
Details
Adaptive Fusion is proud to have five team members who served in the US military. They and others have found dragon boating a great workout, being on the water is relaxing, and working together as a team produces some great results.
Are you a veteran? Do you know someone who served?
You're invited to try out the great sport of dragon boating.
These large canoes hold up to 20 people and have a steersperson and a caller. You sit two on a bench, facing forward, and paddle on one side.
This exciting paddling experience is open to people of all abilities.
Our experienced instructors will provide guidance and support, ensuring everyone can participate and enjoy the benefits of this exhilarating sport.
Don't miss this opportunity and see if you get "bit" by the dragon. If you do, this sport features racing competitions, ranging from local to international levels.
Yes, our team, Adaptive Fusion, has a General Manager who is blind, a Team Captain who is Deaf, and others with PTSD, or are amputees or have other disabilities, plus other paddlers who don't. We welcome all!
We are also four-time National Paradragon Champions!
