It's going to be a beautiful day at the beach and a perfect time for you and a friend to learn how to Dragon Boat. That's a large canoe that fits up to 20 people, with two people on a bench. It's people-powered - we all paddle at the same time to get the boat up and moving.

Our dragon boat is open to people with challenges like being blind, Deaf, an amputee, having PTSD, or other hidden challenges, as well as support paddlers. We welcome anyone 16 or older. Veterans are especially welcome.

We will provide you with the equipment you will need. We do some warmups and then are on the water for just over an hour. We bring up the boat, clean and cover it. After this practice, some of us will go out to lunch right afterwards and nearby.

Please make sure to RSVP so we can save you a seat. Email adaptivefusiondragons@gmail.com or text (770) 778-8154.

Fill out this waiver BEFORE coming to Mother's Beach.

Yes, it may be a little cool to start with, so bring a jacket. Your feet may get wet, as we load from the beach, so bring water shoes or something that can be washed off. Also, bring a bottle of water please.
