If you're suffering from stress, anxiety and/or overwhelm, then you might feel it's here to stay. Well, it isn't. I've experienced all of those and want to meet you if you have too, or if you are currently in one.

I'm interested in joy, and believe none of us need to live with stress or anxiety for as long as we do. I'd love it if you could join me and share stories and support.

Meet me weekly online to explore different ways of living well. In addition, once a month, I invite you to join me in an hour of mindfulness meditation every month.
I'll also be holding periodic informal gatherings to learn about therapeutic, practical and shamanic techniques for living joyfully!

First Friday of the month, 7-9PM Living and working in Toronto is anxiety-making, almost by definition. To help myself, I began offering a group meditation Friday nights with a few of my friends to help us, at the very least, begin our weekends well, so that our time off could really be just that - time off! We're heading into a season that is usually filled with friends and family, only this year that won't happen except virtually. We're so close, and we're tired of the restrictions - even though we understand. What might help is a meditation on Patience.
