Kamakura English–Japanese Language Exchange is a fun and relaxed meetup held twice a month on Thursday evenings for people who enjoy practicing English and Japanese through real conversation and shared curiosity about life.

Our members come from many cultural backgrounds, and conversations often go beyond language. We talk about travel, daily life in Japan, culture, philosophy, food, creative ideas, and the small experiences that shape how we see the world.

This is not a class and there are no teachers. It is a friendly space to talk, listen, laugh, and learn from each other in a natural way. All language levels are welcome. You do not need to be fluent. Curiosity and openness are more important than perfect grammar.

鎌倉イングリッシュ・ジャパニーズ・ランゲージエクスチェンジは、実際の会話や人生への共通の好奇心を通して英語と日本語を練習することを楽しむ人のための、楽しくてリラックスした、月2回、木曜日の夜に開催されるミートアップです。

参加者はさまざまな文化的背景を持っており、会話は言語の練習だけにとどまりません。旅行、日本での日常生活、文化、哲学、食べ物、クリエイティブなアイデア、そして私たちの世界の見方を形づくる小さな経験について話します。

これはクラスではなく、先生もいません。自然な形で話し、聞き、笑い、互いに学び合えるフレンドリーな場です。語学レベルは問いません。流暢である必要はありません。大切なのは、完璧な文法よりも好奇心とオープンな気持ちです。
