Welcome! This group is for adults and parents in the East Valley who want to better understand ADHD, anxiety, and depression — and learn real-world skills to manage them.

To provide a safe, supportive, and educational space where individuals and families can gain tools for coping, improving focus, managing emotions, and building stronger daily routines.
