Come join us on a relaxing guided forest bathing walk and tea ceremony which will invite you to slow down, connect with your senses, and cultivate a deeper relationship with the natural world.
Studies demonstrate forest bathing may aid in stress reduction through a decrease in cortisol levels, blood pressure, etc. Phytoncides, released by trees, have been shown to boost the immune system. Time spent in nature can help reduce depression and anxiety, restore attention fatigue, and stimulate creative thinking.
Prepared tea and cups will be provided, however please bring your own water in case you become thirsty during our walk. Restrooms on-site. Facilitated by certified ANFT Forest Guide.
