Leadership can be life-giving, but it can also be heavy. This month, we’re creating space to slow down, connect, and be real.

Who’s In The Room? is a relational gathering for youth leaders, mentors, and ministry builders across Los Angeles to come together beyond programs and responsibilities. No pressure. No performance. Just people.
Through honest conversation, reflection, and prayer, we’ll take time to:

• Connect with other leaders in the city
• Share what this season of leadership has really felt like
• Encourage and pray for one another
• Build meaningful relationships beyond our own ministries

This is a safe, welcoming, and refreshing space where you don’t have to carry leadership alone.
Whether you lead a large ministry, serve a small group, mentor youth, or simply have a heart for the next generation — you belong in the room.
