Did you know Dim sum derives from the Cantonese word for “appetizer” in Mandarin Chinese. It is thought to have originated in teahouses along the Silk Road as long ago as 2,500 years as a light accompaniment to stimulating tea as travelers stopped to rest along the way.

Dim sum is for sharing!

For people that are not familiar with dim sum, the dishes are shared among family and friends. For each table there will be one check that will be split.
