P = Pakistan

Details
The national dish of Pakistan is Nihari! It's a slow-cooked stew traditionally made with shank meat (beef, lamb, or mutton) and bone marrow, simmered overnight to achieve a deep, rich flavor. The name "Nihari" is derived from the Arabic word "nahaar," meaning morning, as it was historically eaten as a hearty breakfast.
So instead of breakfast let’s have a late brunch!
