T = Thailand

Thank you all for your patience while I was MIA for a little while. It’s great to be back, and I’m excited for our next Dining experience!

We’ll be visiting Pop Thai, a restaurant I’ve found that has wonderful reviews. One of my absolute favorite Thai dishes is Khao Soi, a Northern Thai curry noodle soup that’s difficult to find in the U.S. Another favorite is Larb, a minced meat salad that’s a staple in Thailand.

They can comfortably accommodate us, and I’m looking forward to seeing how their authentic Thai dishes compare to the incredible food I’ve enjoyed during my trips to Thailand.

Whether you’re already a fan of Thai cuisine or trying it for the first time, I hope you’ll join us for a night of great food, great conversation, and another fun cultural dining experience.
