What we’re about
A Day of Yoga, Friendship, and Home made Lunch in a Cozy Yogini's Home.
Nice to meet you. I’m sending this message to those who love yoga.
I’m Japanese and have been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. I have studied and taught yoga based on anatomy and physiology. I also traveled to India to learn directly from the grandson of Krishnamacharya, who is known as the father of modern yoga. Through this experience, I deepened my practice and continued teaching yoga.
I hold a certification from the Yoga Alliance and am also authorized to certify others. I'm running Yoga Therapist Association in Japan.
Until now, I have mainly connected with Japanese people, but I would love to connect with people from other countries as well. The reason is that when I visited the home of a yogini in India, I felt a deep and heartwarming connection. That experience made me realize how wonderful it is to connect across borders through yoga.
With that in mind, I planned this gathering, hoping to meet people who share the same desire to connect beyond cultures through yoga—especially those who are interested in building a long-term connection.
I would love for you to experience my yoga practice and also enjoy a meal I have prepared. Meals may include meat, but vegetarian and vegan options are available. If you eat meat or prefer a vegetarian meal, please let me know your preference in advance.
Looking forward to connecting with you!
