Building a New World: The Baha'i Vision for Humanity's Future

Details
In times like these, we can see more clearly the potential for humanity when it works together – as well as challenges. If you could design the world of the future, what spiritual values would you want to see in it to help realize human potential?

Event Notes:
1. Bring your own lawn chair - The location has a roof and a nice lake view, but not comfortable seating. It will be held rain or shine.
2. Bring a coffee cup - full if you like - but we'll have a carafe full for refills. If you'd like to bring a treat no one ought complain! Please drop a note in the event messages to let folks know ... it would be just awful to have too many donut holes! :)
3. Due to limited space, we'd like to maintain an ethos of "come if you sign-up, or cancel far enough ahead to allow someone wait listed to come" ... thanks for supporting that!
4. The location provided is where to navigate to ... there will be a short walk to the lake front - details will be provided to those who sign-up.

Now more on the program ... All of us hope for a better future for ourselves and for our families and friends. How do we get there? What sort of ideas and behaviors will we need to leave behind – and what values will we need to build the foundation of the future? How can we work together to build a future that works for all of us, where everyone’s fullest potential can be realized?
Come join an interactive exploration – one that welcomes all in a search for truths that unite us all – as we discuss spiritual perspectives informed by the Bahá’í Teachings on what a future society might look like, and the role each of us can play in creating it.
Bahá’ís are called to a life of service and to continuously exercise a humble posture of learning … this gathering will provide opportunities for expression and exchanges of understanding for all.
The session will open with a short prayer and reflections or exploration of questions that are brought prior to exploring the topic outlined.
