Deeply rooted in Congo's musical traditions, but also influeced by punk and electronic music.
Their vision is of a future where art and ecology go hand in hand. Combining creativity, rhythm and sustainability, they play home-made instruments and wear fantastic stage costumes built and sewn from reclaimed materials.
Their pan-African message is of artistic liberation, peace and awareness, where everything can be transformed.
the event:
this is way more fun when everyone can share food and drinks. ive seem many people drink wine, though its probably not legal, so be discrete with your drinks
if weather is good, and the event is crowded, seats might be hard to get in which case the grassy knolls just behind the left sided of stage that are great for having a picnic on a blanket, but you cannot see the band from here, only listen.
to secure seats for a group of people, we might need to arrive earlier than our meet-up time.
