This group is a gentle, welcoming space for anyone navigating grief of any kind. Whether you’re mourning the loss of a loved one, going through a divorce, experiencing a major life change, or carrying a quiet loss that others may not see.
You don’t have to go through it alone.
We are not therapists, doctors, or counselors—just people who understand that grief needs room to breathe and be heard. This is simply a space to sit with others, share (if you’d like), listen, and be supported.
There’s no pressure to speak. Just come as you are. Bring your stories, your silence, your sorrow, or your hope. Evidence based resources and light refreshments will be provided. All are welcome.
