Mindful breathing - Prepare to breath!
We'll also talk about how regular practice of mindful breathing can provide long-term benefits like enhanced emotional awareness, reduce anxiety and depression.
Mindful breathing it gives us an anchor—our breath—on which we can focus when we find ourselves carried away by a stressful thought. Mindful breathing can also help us stay “present” in the moment, rather than being distracted by regrets in the past or worries about the future.
The style covered in the classes is traditional Hatha Yoga, a form of yoga practice with ancient roots, which combines asanas (specific postures), with Pranayama breathing techniques and meditation and mindfulness exercises, giving you a relaxed mind, a flexible body and opening your way to self-knowledge.

About Raluca
My name is Raluca Danaila, I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher (200HTTC) with over 11 years of yoga experience in practice.
I am a lover of life, beauty, people, hugs, new experiences and adventures, spirituality and evolution, yoga, meditation, movement, nutrition and health.
I like meditations and practices where the energy of the breath harmonizes with that of the physical body and the mind. I am constantly growing and developing and learning.
Becoming a yoga teacher and dedicated practitioner was a life-changing experience. I used these powerful tools of yoga and meditation primarily to heal myself and become better at living, simply so that I could give more of my energy and knowledge to those around me.
Yoga helped me to really reconnect with the power within, it helped me to overcome my fears, to trust myself, to love and accept myself as I am
and to assume the role of creator of my own life, I connect to my spirit, to my energy, to accept my thoughts and emotions, to have metal, soul and emotional balance.
I practice Vipassana meditation techniques. In 2019, I attended a Vipassana retreat, which lasted 10 days, during which I meditated for 10 hours daily, from 05:00 to 22:00, with no technology, no communication between us. The 10-day course was a battle, mentally and physically, but Vipassana Changed My Life Since then, I practice every day, one hour a day.
My yoga style is holistic, I work both physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically, including in practice asanas, breathing techniques, energetic cleansing techniques, meditation and relaxation techniques.
