WAKE UP JOY
A workshop to reconnect with your energy, your body and your natural sense of joy
This is not a typical yoga class—and it’s not only for yogis.
It’s an invitation to pause, breathe, move gently and rediscover what joy feels like in a real and embodied way.
Whether you are completely new to Kundalini practices or already familiar with them,
this session is open to all levels, ages and backgrounds.
The only requirement: curiosity.
This is also a one-off collaboration with Shelby, who is normally based in Thailand, and will be in Barcelona just for a short time—
so it’s a unique opportunity to experience her in person.
What we’ll explore together:

• Simple Kundalini-based movement and pranayama to activate your energy
• Awareness of the body and emotions
• What joy can feel like beyond “positivity” — as presence, aliveness and authenticity
• Connection with other women who value depth and real conversation

Shelby will be our facilitator, guiding the session with clarity and sensitivity.
Her approach is grounded, accessible, playful and supportive—no pressure, no performance.
After the session, we’ll stay to share Palestinian-style tapas,
a relaxed moment to talk, connect and enjoy good food together with women from the
Barcelona Women Personal Development Meetup Group.
You don’t need to “be” anything to join.
Just come as you are.
