This Saturday, Dr. Riad Hechame — founder of Peak Human Performance and creator of the 3PP Method — will host an executive-focused session exploring the physiological impact of sleep on performance, metabolism and cognitive clarity.

Following the presentation, attendees will take part in a structured group resistance session designed to support nervous system balance and recovery physiology.
