Hike to Eaton Canyon Falls
Details
Just outside the city in the hills above Pasadena, Eaton Canyon falls hike is a 3.5 mile out and back hike.
The weekends are busy so we won't be hiking alone but we'll find a spot to sit near the waterfall for a short discussion. Possible topics include:
- What is good?
- Duty based ethics
- Current events (ethics of war)
- Anything else that strikes our fancy
Bring sunscreen, good hiking shoes and water. You may want to bring a snack or something to eat as we'll be out around 3 hours.
There is parking near the trailhead but if the lot is full, overflow parking is available just a little further in the Equestrian Area. To access it, enter through the gate on the north side of New York Drive, just east of Altadena Drive. From there you can take the short foot path into the main parking lot to access the Nature Center.
This is a beautiful hike and should give us inspiration for some stimulating and though provoking conversation. Hope to see you there.
