Join us for a planned group run covering a total distance of 5 km. The session will begin with a structured warm-up, followed by the run, and will conclude with cool-down stretching.
During the run, we will make TWO short stops for light functional exercises and movement drills. These breaks are designed to keep the run engaging and suitable for a range of fitness levels and social.

We will keep left while running and remain mindful of pedestrians at all times. This is a shared public space, and we respect everyone using the pathway.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Looking forward to running together.
