What we’re about

We are a monthly peer support group for women who are coming out in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond.

If you are questioning your sexual orientation or still getting comfortable with it, it helps tremendously to connect with others. You are not alone.

Perhaps you are divorcing or are considering divorcing because of your sexual orientation. Many women have faced this.

Our group is a safe space to share with other women at your own pace and comfort level.

The priority is to support the person who is in the thick of it. All of us here remember how terrifying it was to come out. As a peer-to-peer group, we avoid sharing advice unless specifically asked for it. We acknowledge that, while we have a lot in common, everyone's path is different and there is no one right way.

Our group meets online on the second Tuesday of the month. Our members identify as lesbian/gay/queer/bisexual/not straight or questioning.

Please message co-organizer Lyn Millner with questions.
