ENCORE PRESENTATION: From Doing to Done: How to Finish What You've Started

Struggling to finish what you start?

You’re not alone—and it’s not a lack of willpower. In this Zoom talk, we’ll explore why ADHD makes it especially hard to bring tasks to completion, even when you’re motivated and capable. You’ll learn what’s happening in the brain when projects stall out at 80–90%, and why “just push through” rarely works.

We’ll also cover practical, ADHD-friendly strategies to help you follow through with less overwhelm, less perfectionism, and more consistency. If you’re tired of half-finished projects and want realistic tools to finally get things done, this session will give you a clear path forward.

Quick note: Due to spammers, I do close the sign-up 30 minutes before the start time. Also, Meetup stops showing the link once the time has started for the meeting! Check the event chat, I'll post it there about 30 minutes before (there's a way to show that only to people who have signed up).
